Y10 Rugby

The Y10 Rugby squad won an epic county cup final this week at Thetford Rugby Club against Framingham Earl.

We were winning 21-5 at half time, losing 22-21, with 1 minute to go…..

We managed to execute a team lineout and get it down the line to Arthur Kuffor, who ran 40 M to score the winning try. Captain Sam Landles converted the try, to make it 28-22 and the game was finished.

The lads were so happy! Teachers and parents from Fram Earl were extremely complementary. Nine of this squad are first year rugby players, which makes the achievement even more remarkable.

As always, thanks to all the parents, staff and Y10’s who came and supported. A special thanks to little Arthur Teanby, who came to watch his first ever live rugby game.

Y11 Basketball

We are in the last 32 of the English School Basketball competition and are playing Northampton School for Boys in the next round at home, on the 20th March! Please do come and watch if you can!

Year 7 Football

The Year 7 Football team were unlucky in the 4th round of the National Cup losing to Thorpe St Andrew, but the whole squad were a credit to the school.

However in the county cup they bear Attleborough 4-1, we wish them luck in the next round!
